Feminist Approach to Technology (FAT)Feminist Approach to Technology (FAT) is a pioneering nonprofit organization based in India committed to empowering women through technology. We believe that women can move at par with men in making and using technology and that women can truly feel empowered only when the perceived technological divide has been bridged! The mission of FAT is to empower women by enhancing women’s awareness, interest and participation in technology. We work towards this by breaking societal stereotypes and attitudes, encouraging and enabling women to feel capable and comfortable in working with technology, and collaborating with other women’s organizations to mainstream the issue of engendering technology.

Women's Leadership CoachingWomen's Leadership Coaching, Inc., is dedicated to helping emerging women leaders advance into management and leadership positions.
After interviewing more than 1,000 up-and-coming women leaders, CEO Jo Miller recognized a common set of challenges encountered by women wanting to advance their careers—especially in industries often considered a “man’s world,” such as technology, finance, and energy. She created the Women’s Leadership Coaching™ system to teach emerging women leaders a specific set of strategic and tactical skills necessary to break through those roadblocks and move ahead. Women’s Leadership Coaching works with organizations that want to develop a pipeline of qualified and engaged women leaders. Its corporate programs help women employees gain clarity on how their talents can contribute to the organization’s success, encourage them to enter the leadership and management pipeline, and provide them with the tools necessary to take ownership of their career advancement. Women’s Leadership Coaching offers workshops, webinars, and coaching programs for emerging women leaders, as well as keynotes by CEO Jo Miller.
