This inspiring video provides an overview of an event held in Rwanda as part of the 2014 Voices Conference in celebration of International Women's Day. It showcases the stories and amazing work being done by women leaders in tech to increase and empower the women in the region. These women who are "making it happen" are encouraging others to join them choosing technology to advance their careers and their communities.
